Delivery

To EU-Countries shipping and handling costs are only 5,95 €  per Order !

Your order will be send immediately, when full payment has been received.

It takes experienced 14-21 days.

To NON-EU Countries (except Swiss) the shipping and handling costs are 15,- €  per Order.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only.

The item must be returned in original and unused condition and in original packaging. It must be well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition

All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable. Any refund not approved beforehand is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours
